I just wanted to write you to tell you how wonderful my experience was with Quality Stone Concepts. It was the single best company I have dealt with since buying our new house (that needed a lot of work!). I wish everyone I worked with was as honest, friendly, and dependable as you all were.
First of all, the office manager, Suzanne, was beyond helpful. She is obviously extremely organized as well as patient and friendly. The personal attention she gives your costumers was so much more than I could have asked for. I felt like I was talking to a friend every time I spoke with her! She is so nice!
Second, the men who installed the granite counter tops, Mark and Brian, were so great! They were a pleasure to have at my house! Again, it was like I was having a couple of friends over. They were so personable and courteous. They were very professional and I was impressed with how prepared and timely they were.
Lastly, I can’t believe how inexpensive it was. I did not think we would be able to have granite counter tops. Your prices were so much lower than all the other estimates I got. I would 100% recommend you all to anyone in Hampton Roads! I will keep you in mind in the future when I redo my kitchen!
