Granite Countertops the industry standard?

Granite countertops are not just the "luxury items" that they were in the past.  It is quickly becoming the industry standard.  While the majority of the houses at this year’s Homearama chose granite for the kitchen and bath countertops, we are seeing a shift in demand.   Currently, we are putting granite countertops in several houses that are being sold under $200,000.  In addition to these "flip" houses, QSC is currently importing and producing granite countertops for over 515 apartment units.  In this ultra competitive real estate market, where sellers are looking for every advantage, and buyers are concentrating on value, granite countertops tops are arguably the best bang for your buck.
