- Take Exit 19A, the first Lynnhaven Pkwy exit
- At 6th traffic light, take a left onto International Pkwy.
- Go through the next light and over small bridge
- Take left on Central Drive
- Take right on Quality Court
- Go to end of cul-de-sac, continue onto extension at Quality Court Business Complex
- Turn right between 2nd and 3rd buildings
- Suite 216 on right almost all the way to end
